How are star ratings for providers determined?

Star ratings are based on responses to survey questions that focus on a patient's likelihood to recommend the provider's office to family and friends as well as the provider's care, including whether the provider listened carefully, spent enough time with you, explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and seemed to know important information about your medical history. Press Ganey averages and converts all survey responses into a single star rating, with five stars being the highest.

About

Daniel Wong, MD will provide the full suite of medically indicated plastics and reconstructive surgery (e.g. breast cancer reconstructive surgery, post bariatric body contouring surgery, breast reductions, wound revisions, etc.).  Dr. Wong earned his medical degree from Brown University in Rhode Island and will be completing his plastics and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Chicago, where he is currently the Chief Resident.  In addition to being a skilled surgeon, Dr. Wong is also a very accomplished artist and medical illustrator.  Dr. Wong will be working alongside our breast surgeons at Ridley- Tree Cancer Center and may also have some dedicated office consultation time in general surgery and facial plastics.
